Finish Wire:

Rudirudy led the field through the opening three-quarters of a mile  in a time of 1:10:1 as Scagnelli pressed the pace in second a length behind the leader.  Magical Madness maintained the third spot while Lead Em Home ran in fourth position.  In deep stretch Scagnelli overtook Rudirudy for the lead and went on to win the Bob Harding Stakes by three-quarters of a length in a time of 1:34:3.  After setting the pace for most of the race Rudirudy held on for second as Crash Course, who ran last early on, got up for the show spot.  Scagnelli is a six-year-old gelding owned and trained by Edwin Broome and was ridden by Mark Guidry.

Finish Wire:

Spruce Run paced the field through an opening half mile in 47:3.  Davy Jones ran in second, a length and one-half behind the leader, while First Spear challenged in third position.  Down the backside eight lengths separated the leader from the trailer, Szep, who trailed the field early on.  Spruce run continued to lead the field through the far turn and into the stretch as the field started to close in for the drive to the wire.  In deep stretch, Spruce Run was now holding off One Eyed Joker by a head, First Spear ran third as Saint Verre was making an outside bid in fourth.  Szep was now in fifth making a bold move closing well on the outside.  At the wire One Eyed Joker had taken the lead and opened up by a length and one-half to win The Choice Stakes in a time of 1:47:3.  Szep, who made a powerful late move got up for second as First Spear held on for third.  One Eyed Joker is a three-year-old gelding owned by David Hulkiewicz, trained by Bill Perry and was ridden by Jose Velez, Jr.

The field was away to a good start as Ladies Night In and Quidnaskra dueled for the lead during the first half-mile.  Quidnaskra ran the opening half-mile in 46:4 as Ladies Night In ran second a head behind the leader.  Lady Brook saved ground in third position another two and one-half lengths behind the second place runner.  At the three-quarter mile marker Ladies Night In retook the lead by a half-length running three-quarters in 1:10:1.  Quidnaskra was dueling with the leader but then weakened as the field turned into the lane.  In deep stretch, Cousin Gigi, who ran in mid-pack through most of the race was now driving to the lead overtaking Ladies Night In.  Zeiting was making an outside bid in third as Lady Brook’s drive in fourth was weakening.  At the wire Zeiting got up, after a rousing stretch run, in a game effort to win The Omnibus Stakes in a time of 1:41:2.  Cousin Gigi finished a game second, a neck behind the winner, as Ladies Night In ran third, after setting the early pace.  Zeiting is a four year-old filly owned by  Brendan Hayes, trained by Christophe Clement and was ridden by Chris DeCarlo.

Finish Wire:

North East Bound, in his usual front running style led the field through and opening half-mile in a moderate 47:3 as Broken Vow kept the leader in striking distance two lengths back in second position.  First Lieutenant tracked intently another head length back in third position.  Sir Bear was rating off the pace in fourth as Knock Again ran in last position.  At the three-quarter mile marker Broken Vow took the lead entering the far turn as North East Bound was now tiring after setting the early pace.  First Lieutenant was still running third another head length behind the second place runner.  Sir Bear was four wide in the far turn running fourth.  Knock Again was still running last never really threatening to get in the race.  As the field drove through the stretch Broken Vow opened up by three and one-half lengths as First Lieutenant was now full out closing the gap in second as North East Bound was holding a thin lead in third.  At the wire Broken Vow stopped the tele-timer in 1:49:2 to win The Grade II $350,000 Philip H. Iselin Handicap by two lengths at the wire.  First Lieutenant ran a game second as Sir Bear got up to beat North East Bound for the show spot.  Broken Vow is a four-year-old colt owned by Pin Oak Stud, trained by H. Graham Motion and was ridden by Ramon Dominguez.

Dr. Gold was on the front end setting the pace leading through a half-mile of 47:0 followed by C's Jackpot, who was a head length behind the leader as it was another length and one-half back to Hunter Cruise.  Dr. Gold continued to lead at the three-quarter marker as C's Jackpot was now only a half-length back.  Hunter Cruise was still running in third position, but was now only a half-length out of second and a a full length off the leader.  Fine And Dandy was running in fourth position saving ground gearing up for a final drive to the finish.  In deep stretch, Dr. Gold gave way to the oncoming presence of Hunter Cruise who took the lead, while  Fine And Dandy was now running a head length behind in third.  At the wire, Hunter Cruise drew off to win The Continental Mile Stakes in a time of 1:36:3.  Fine And Dandy was two and one-half lengths back in second as Dr. Gold, the early pace setter, held on for third.  Hunter Cruise is a  two-year-old colt owed by Carliwood Farms & Henry L. Carroll, trained by Henry L. Carroll and was ridden by  Eibar Coa.

At the start, Goodness and Purple Princess both stumbled coming out of the gate.  Goodness unseated jockey Donnie Meche and was out of the race.  Quickly after the start Forest Heiress took the lead and never looked back leading the field from gate to wire winning The Sorority Stakes by three and one-quarter lengths, in hand at the wire.  Haunted Lass tried to keep close to the leader early on but had to chase throughout the entire race and ran a distant second as Divine Angel bettered Lost Expectations for the show spot.  Forest Heiress is a two-year-old filly owned by New Farm, trained by  Ben W. Perkins, Jr., and was ridden by Dale Beckner.

Southern Fiction went to the early lead and ran three-quarters in 1:12:2 as Quixote's Hope pressed the pace in second, a length and one-half behind, while Search Party ran third.  In mid stretch, Southern Fiction maintained a two length lead as Strolling Belle was now in high gear on the outside as she took the lead and drew off to win the Personal Ensign by one and three-quarter lengths at the wire.  Southern Fiction held on gamely for second while Search Party was third.  Strolling Belle is a five-year-old mare owned by Red Oak Stable, trained by John C. Kimmel and was ridden by Eibar Coa.

Silent Serenade led the field through an opening half-mile of 46:0 as Pine Baroness tracked the leader in second a length back, while Riviera Grace rated off the early pace in third position.  At the three quarter marker, Pine Baroness had taken command of the race by a length and one-half as Riviera Grace moved into second as it was another two and one-half lengths back to Drum Money in third position.  Silent Serenade dropped to fourth position after setting the early pace.  In deep stretch, Riviera Grace stuck a head in front of Pine Baroness but down the center of the course with a late flurry Gaelic Bay advanced to the lead and drew clear with a sixteenth to go winning The Spruce Fir Stakes by one and three-quarter lengths at the wire.  Riviera Grace held on for second as Pine Baroness ran a hard fought third.  Gaelic Bay is a five-year-old mare owned by Ross Maghan & Quiet Winter Farm, trained by J. Willard Thompson and was ridden by Julian Pimentel.

Hazino led the field through an opening quarter in 22:0 while Summer Shenanigans pressed the pace in second, a length back, as Kimbralata took chase in third after breaking from the ten hole.  Through the turn, Kimbralata stuck a head in front at the half-mile marker as Hazino ran a close second while Summer Shenanigans was in close in third position.  At the top of the lane the field fanned five wide as five horses were separated by about a length.  In deep stretch, Carafe stuck a head in front of Hazino as Stormy Pick was making her move in third position down the center of the race course taking the lead at the furlong marker and drawing off to win The Miss Woodford Stakes by one and three-quarter lengths at the wire.  Irish Fantasy, who ran evenly behind the leaders early, closed well for second as Carafe held on for third position.  Stormy Pick is a three-year-old filly owned by Raymond Dweck, trained by Ben W. Perkins, Jr. and was ridden by Eibar Coa.
