Amylimehouse went to the front after the break and blazed the opening quarter and half miles in 21.75 and 44.45 as Maple Forest pressed the leader in second while Bold Affair and Grand Kisses chased the leaders in third and fourth.  In the lane Maple Forest would take the lead and drove willingly to the wire to win the 2011 Dearly Precious Stakes by a length and a quarter in a final time of 1:09.36.  Moonlit Malibu closed for second while Bold Affair was third. Maple Forest is a three-year-old bay filly owned by Blue Heaven Farm, trained by Todd A. Pletcher and was ridden by Joe Bravo.
