Marina Ballerina blazed the opening quarter in 20.2 chased by Coco Belle. In the turn Coco Belle made her move on the leader, took the lead in the lane and was chased to the wire by International Fever winning The Miss Woodford Stakes by two lengths in a final time of 1:09. International Fever was second while Control System gained enough to earn third. Coco Belle is a three-year-old chestnut filly owned by Mr. & Mrs. Jerome S. Moss, trained by John W. Sadler and ridden by Garrett Gomez.
