Fagedaboudit Sal and Bonding ran what was a match race for seven furlongs, cutting early fractions of 22.84, 46.57 & 1:11.21 for six furlongs, setting up a closing run for Frank The Barber to pass the leaders late and draw off by two and one-quarter lengths to win The Garden State Handicap in a final time of 1:41.58.  Frank The Barber is a three-year-old dark bay/brown gelding owned by Black Diamond Racing LLC/G. & A. Stute, trained by Gregory D. Sacco and was ridden by David Flores.
