With Affection went to the front after the start and led the field through the opening three-quarters of a mile in 1:13.06. Dynamia tracked the leader the opening three-quarters a half-length back in second as High Court was running third.  In the turn With Affection continued on the lead as Snowdrops was running down on the inside in second position while Dynamia ran in third.  In the lane Snowdrops found needed running room on the inside and drew up on the leader and then went on past that rival to score a one and three-quarter length victory in a final time of 1:42.62 to win The Politely Stakes.  Dynamia got up for second over Smart N Classy who closed well for third.  Snowdrops is a five-year-old gray/roan mare owned by G. Howard Spink, trained by Christophe Clement and was ridden by Joe Bravo.
